SHIPPING

 

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Bali, Indonesia. International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 

We offer free shipping on all orders over £100 GBP, or equivalent currency. If your order is under £100 GBP then you will be charged a flat rate of £10 GBP, or equivalent currency.

 

Orders placed Monday - Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours. All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

 

Each country has different import tax rules. We do our best to ensure that you wont be charged import duties, however it is the customer's responsibility to check and pay any import tax that is charged upon delivery.

 

RETURNS

 

We are happy to accept unworn, unused, and unwashed items with the tags still attached within 30 days of their ship date, however it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for the return shipping. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the payment method used in the original order. All promotional purchases, include sale items, are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We recommend using a courier that provides tracking as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach our warehouse.

 

Incorrect / faulty items

We carefully quality check each of our pieces before sending out, however, in the unlikely event that an item is incorrect or faulty, please contact us on hello@sokohcollective.com so we can start the return and exchange process free of charge.

Once the item is received at our warehouse, we will inspect it and issue a refund / exchange accordingly.

 

Order cancelations

If you change your mind about an order please email hello@sokohcollective.com and if we have not yet shipped your item we will process the cancellation and offer you a full refund. We ship Monday - Friday so please try and let us know as soon as possible.

 

Sale items

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
